I wasn't always a designer. A few years ago, I was a fresh graduate out of the University of California, Davis, with a managerial economics degree. It took a year of working until I finally realized that my current career path wasn't for me. I took a bootcamp course at General Assembly on UI/UX Design, which led to me making the decision to be a designer.
After making that decision, I applied for the Master's program at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in Interaction & UI/UX Design. During that time, I've interned for a startup in the food industry in Jakarta as a UI/UX Designer, as well as for the one of the biggest student-run hackathons in Indonesia.
Now that I've graduated, I can't wait for the opportunities that lie ahead. While I can confidently say that I am now a designer, my design journey is only beginning.
Outside of work, I'm a big fan of video games, playing golf, watching sports, and anything star wars.
